In order for you to get the most out of your
Post Ayahuasca experience…
It’s important that you understand the importance
of your integration back into your hometown.
This is one of the things that is least talked about,
yet one of the most important.
In my first trip to Peru, I lived there for 9
months, drinking almost weekly, and after
coming back to my hometown of Vancouver…
I had a very difficult time.
There was so much energy.
So much density of unconsciousness.
The value systems of cities are so backwards
and there are so many people so disconnected
from their hearts…
From what really matters. From each other.
I was able to see through the illusions so clearly.
People are just running around, chasing money,
with the endless need for more.
And day after Ayahuasca experience, you open
yourself up so much.
You become so sensitive, so open, so aware of energy,
and so much more…
And when you come back into the city, it can be
very overwhelming.
So in order for you to be able to successfully
integrate back into the “real world”…
It’s important that you understand that Ayahuasca
isn’t a “magic pill”.
It isn’t the ultimate solution and once you drink,
your work is done.
In fact, after Ayahuasca ceremony ends…
This is where the real ceremony starts.
Life is the ceremony.
Ayahuasca isn’t something that you do once and
then forget about.
Ayahuasca is a catalyst to your spiritual journey.
It speeds up and amplifies your spiritual
evolution more than anything I’ve ever
experienced.
But it’s not a replacement for your spiritual
practices.
Once you experience Ayahuasca, it’s important
that you continue to do the things that keep
you centered in your Truth.
Simply stated, do the things that make you happy.
Whatever that is.
Playing with your dog, working out, being in
nature, singing, music…
Whatever it is that makes you happy.
It’s really important that you do these things
that bring you to your heart after you
experience Ayahuasca.
If you don’t, you can have a really hard time
coming back into your life and routines.
Do the things that make you present.
And most importantly, connect with the space
that you have entered in your Ayahuasca ceremony.
Meditate.
Breathe.
Do yoga.
Do anything that brings you to the same state of
presence that opened up for you with Ayahuasca.
In your ceremony, you get a glimpse into the
Essential Truth of Reality…
What is Real… beyond the mind.
You get to experience and see yourself…
as everything.
The illusion of separation fades away…
And you get to experience the Truth behind reality,
that you are so much more than this little physical
human being.
You are Pure Consciousness.
You are the energy that moves, and breathes in
and out of this human body.
And once you connect with this space…
It’s important, in order for you to really ground
this into a life-long transformation…
That you continue to connect with this as often
as possible.
Write.
Reflect.
And connect with the same space and realizations
that you had while you were with the medicine.
This is how you will get the best experience
that you possibly can.
And how to turn this one-night experience into
something that will serve you for the rest of
your life.
If you’re ready to experience Ayahuasca for
yourself, and really come back to this Truth
of Who You Really Are…
So you could live from this place, and really
step into who you are meant to be in the world…

PS – I cannot emphasize enough the importance
of you looking at Ayahuasca as a tool, not as
the ultimate solution.
You cannot expect to drink once, learn and gain
all the realizations that you do, and then forgot
about them once you leave.
You need to apply these into your life.
By practicing them.
How do you be more loving? More present?
You practice. In every moment.
Ayahuasca shows you the door, but you have to
walk through it.
The bottom line is, you have to apply what
you learn.
In the next lesson, we’ll share with you what we truly
believe is THE most important thing that you need
to know before you experience Ayahuasca for yourself.
