What happened to “Ayahuasca in America”?

Here’s the story in a nutshell!

On January 22, 2016:

We held our first weekend service at our
Church in Elbe, Washington.

It was so beautiful and life-changing for
all of our Members who attended.

In February, 2016:

We received a letter from the DEA, requesting
us to file a petition for Religious Exemption to
keep sharing Ayahuasca in the U.S.

Fortunately, the DEA mentioned the UDV vs
Gonzales Court Case.

Where, the UDV Church won a court case against
the federal court, and were granted permission to
continue to use Ayahuasca as a religious sacrament.

This created a legal precedent that paved the
way, for any other Church’s who also want
to share Ayahuasca in the USA.

That means, it’s already been proven that we
are allowed to use Ayahuasca in the USA as
a sacred sacrament. It is our religious rights!

In March, 2016:

Based on the DEA’s recommendations –

We paused our retreats in Elbe, Washington,
and filed our petition for Religious Exemption
under the RFRA, to keep sharing Ayahuasca
in the U.S.

In June, 2016:

We received an update from the DEA, saying
they’ve received our petition and are currently
processing it.

( Yay! Please pray that we get this exemption
granted! It’s not a matter of IF… it’s just a
matter of WHEN. As we wait with the highest
expectations, we continue to share this life-
changing medicine in Peru!)

And the great news is…

In August, 2016:

We found an amazing piece of land in Mexico,
to continue this beautiful vision, and bring
this sacrament as close to you as possible!

So right now, we’re doing everything we
can to set things up in Mexico for you –

And the rest of us – who are so called to
this sacrament, to truth, to healing,
to love, purpose, clarity, and to making
this world a better place…

These are the things that bring us all
together, and I look so forward for the
deeper reason we are meeting now.

It goes so much further than just sharing
this sacrament… but what we are here
to create in the world together!

We will be opening up our application process
for you to join us in Mexico, by the end of
August, 2016.
